Job Description

Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end sales including retail sales, e-commerce, and distribution channels. This role demands a strategic thinker, go-getter with hands-on execution capabilities who can drive sales, nurture store customers, and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement strategies for sales growth across all channels—retail, online, and distribution.

• Sales & Channel Management:

Drive revenue through performance tracking, dealer/distributor network expansion, and strategic partnerships.

• Retail & E-Commerce Operations:

Oversee daily operations of both physical and digital storefronts, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless logistics.

• Team Leadership:

Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high performance across sales, operations, customer service, and marketing.

• Inventory & Supply Chain:

Manage inventory planning, inputs to management on procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability and efficient turnover.

• Marketing & Brand Development:

Work closely with the marketing team to drive campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives that support brand visibility and sales.

• P&L Management:

Take ownership of the sales profit and loss.

• Market Expansion:

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including new product lines, store locations, or regional growth areas.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 4+ years of experience in SALES, Store operations, or sales roles—preferably in automobile retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.

• Strong understanding of Indian retail and distribution ecosystems.

• Proven experience in scaling sales.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for motorsports or lifestyle brands.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, hands-on, and fast-paced environment.

• Experienced Off roader will be preferred.
