Job Title: Pan-Indian Sales Head (Beverage Industry)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our sales team as the Pan-Indian Sales Head for our beverage company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales management and a deep understanding of the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
* Lead and manage a team of sales professionals across India
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors
* Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth
* Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
* Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics and finance to ensure smooth operations
* Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress to senior management
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in the beverage industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
* Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer trends
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
