To fix customer appointments and arranging site visits for the clients . the leads generated from all sources
To monitor the work of telemarketers (external / internal) as a Project Coordinator
To manage site disputes and resolves minor customer issues independently
Location specific knowledge of ongoing / completed projects
To provide guidance and assistance to buyers in purchasing property from builders
To determine clients’ needs, financials abilities and source of funding to suggest an investment that best suits their requirements
Performance Management & Team Development
To remain updated with pre-launch / ongoing / completed projects of various builders by actual site visit
To compile MIS reports of self and external telemarketers (if any) on daily basis
To maintain transparency and complete truthfulness in reporting to your seniors and all communications with the management.
