· At least 6 months of relevant experience in Bank.

· Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure the progression of leads from identification to closure.
· Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience and weekly Closure by continuous follow-up.
· Ensure end-to-end delivery and sustain the given targets.
· Meeting all the customers during loan process
· Identifying and maintaining good relationship with channels to increase personal loans / business loans business.
· Excellent Communication.
· Attend calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
· Promoting financial products
· Listen and respond to customers queries, needs and concerns
· Handle returns or complaints
· Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
· Cross selling of Mutual fund and SIP to the existing set of clients.
Technical / Specialist Skills:
· Excellent oral communication skills.
· Self-motivated & drive to achieve.
· Ability to listen and should possess problem solving skills
