Responsibilities:
Contributes to growth in business both volume wise and value wise
Self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
Should possess the skill to work both in team and perform independently.
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact and meetings
or via telephone and own existing clients etc.
Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
Record or maintain excel sheet of Sales Reports and report to the head of sales.
Provide accurate clients feedback to the respective centres or to their senior department.
Maintaining accurate records.
Organizing sales visits.
Negotiating on prices at the time of contracts.
To achieve monthly or annual targets.
He should be responsible for Client management, Sales Sheet management, Broker
management, Client Registration Form fill up, Client On-Boarding, Handle proposal share with
the concern person, Inventory update, etc.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate with excellent Communication and Business Development skills.
Experience:- Experience in co working industry, space leasing and BD (from Real estate) will be
