Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive
Shift: 6 days working Mon to Sat
Job Details / Role Purpose
1. Building strong relations with clients.
2. Close focus on preparing Sales pipeline.
3. Maintain Lead to Demo & Demo to Sale as per business expectations.
Key responsibilities::
1. Convert fresh leads to Prospect & demonstrate the product.
2. Convert the clients from demo stage to Sales & license activation.
3. Own the sales targets and output metrics to deliver in line with the growth plan of the team.
4. Responsible for strong follow up with clients and report the KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
5. Take references from existing clients & help them to convert to Sales.
Profile sought and key requirements
1. Graduation is a must
2. Minn. 12 months of Experience in Sales calling:: from Lead to Sales closure (Inbound calling// Outbound calling - Performarketing Campaign //Outbound calling - Cold Calling)
3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Must be self motivated & aspirational.
