Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business by executing high-impact sales strategies.
Generate leads and close deals within the manufacturing, chemical, and mineral sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term retention.
Conduct product demos, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
Deliver weekly sales reports, activity logs, and market insights.
Participate in quarterly strategy meetings in Delhi or other designated locations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
35 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in chemicals/minerals.
Strong regional market knowledge of South India.
Hands-on experience managing field-based sales operations.
Familiarity with client engagement and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and Hindi is plus
Proficiency in any South Indian language is a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively outside Chennai.
Should own a two-wheeler for regular client visits.
