Roles & Responsibilities:
• Contact leads via phone, email, Linkedin and web chat.
• Qualify, nurture leads and walk leads through an Assisted Buying experience till closure.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns into sales opportunities.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Customize product solutions to increase customer adoption/satisfaction.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
• Collate and help Product and Marketing teams with feedback.
• Build reports to present to the manager
Requirements:
ï¬ Proven work experience of 1 to 3 years as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
ï¬ Minimum 1 year of International sales experience is must
ï¬ Should be willing to work in US shift
ï¬ Excellent clarity in communication.
ï¬ Ability to deliver engaging product demos.
ï¬ Track record of achieving sales quotas.
ï¬ Understanding of sales performance metrics.
ï¬ Experience using a CRM.
ï¬ Highly energetic and self motivated individual with a drive to reach for the sky.
ï¬ Maximum age - 35 years .
