Urgent Requirement For Safety Manager

- Perform comprehensive site inspections and risk analyses to detect hazardssuch as electrical, fall, machinery, and chemical risksand rank them for mitigation.

- Create and enforce site-specific safety plans and standard operating procedures in line with national and local regulations (., OSHA, applicable Indian standards). Regularly update these based on regulatory changes and site conditions.

- Maintain compliance with construction safety laws, manage permits, and oversee recordkeepingincluding incident logs, training attendance, PPE issuance, and regulatory documentation.

- Deliver orientation, toolbox talks, and job-specific workshops on PPE, fall protection, confined space entry, and hazard communication. Track certifications like First-Aid, CPR, and CPR

- Engage with site teams to champion safety values. Encourage reporting of unsafe conditions and lead by examplebalancing authority with approachability.

- Effectively convey safety protocols and updates to workers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and senior management. Promote feedback loops and two-way communication.

- Lead inquiries into incidents to determine root causes, maintain detailed reports, and file necessary regulatory notices. Use findings to implement corrective measures.

- Create and enforce emergency response plans (., fire, evacuation, rescue). Conduct site drills and coordinate with local emergency services

- Perform frequent site and equipment inspections using checklists, identify non-compliance, and track corrective actions. Evaluate effectiveness of safety controls.

- Review incident trends, audit outcomes, and KPIs to propose safety enhancements. Create comprehensive monthly/quarterly safety reports for leadership
