The Credit Card Sales Relationship Manager is responsible for generating new credit card business through direct sales and relationship management. The role involves identifying prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable credit card products. The individual will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and acquire new customers for credit card sales through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
Explain credit card features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospective customers.
Perform eligibility checks and assist applicants with the credit card application process.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive usage, cross-selling, and customer retention.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the organization.
Work closely with internal teams (credit, operations, risk) to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.
Stay updated on new product offerings, promotional campaigns, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide excellent after-sales service and address customer queries or complaints promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

13 years of experience in financial product sales (preferably credit cards)
Experience in a field sales role is a plus
Knowledge of local markets and customer segments
