Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Strategy & Leadership:
o Define and implement the quality strategy aligned with organizational goals.
o Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams.
o Promote a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
2. Customer & Supplier Quality Management:
o Act as the primary interface for customer audits, concerns, and complaints.
o Drive supplier quality initiatives and development programs.
o Ensure timely closure of customer concerns using 8D, 5-Why, and other problem-solving tools.
3. System Compliance & Certifications:
o Ensure compliance with IATF , ISO 9001, ISO , and other relevant standards.
o Lead internal and external audits.
o Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
4. Product & Process Quality:
o Oversee APQP, PPAP, and FMEA for new product development.
o Monitor in-process and final product quality performance.
o Use SPC, MSA, and control plans to maintain product consistency.
5. Team Development & Management:
o Build and mentor a high-performing quality team.
o Set KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
o Organize training sessions to enhance quality awareness.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
o Present quality metrics and improvement plans to top management.
o Maintain proper documentation for traceability and compliance.

Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF , VDA , etc.)
Expertise in core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with customer portals like VW, GM, Ford, Maruti, etc.
Working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen
