Job Responsibilities

Identify local vendors to meet the supply chain requirements ensuring adequate availability of material for uninterrupted production &in line with inventory norms, with least lead time and suggest the same to R&D for performance impact analysis.

Complete Product Planning Control (PPC) for multiple projects their project timelines to have inflow of material in appropriate quantities with considerations of in-house material processing time.

Purchase / Materials Management

o Drawing procurement plan based on material requirement.

o Formulating procurement plans and budgets for timely procurement of commodities for manufacturing set up.

o Tracking and maintaining schedules & inventory levels in the stores for all the items required ensuring ready availability of material to meet customer needs.

o Ensuring adherence to the various quality measures viz. ISO by maintenance of appropriate requisite documentation / records.

o Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps & taking corrective action

Expertise in handling the complete plant operations entailing planning, resource utilization, maintenance, quality management & manpower management.

Order Management (OM) Check the BOQ quantities, Commercial details as per customer PO and timely placing Orders on supplier and Regional Distribution Center, Jaipur using ordering tools like specific panels and MS outlook. Handling Customer query on Price, discount and availability of material.

Order Monitoring -To ensure all the orders are ready as per committed RFS date, checking packing list at the time of call-off the shipment.

Preparing material requirement plan according to production plan. Tracking and maintaining inventory levels in the stores for all items required in the plant.
