Looking For Project Manager (Hospitality)

1. Liaise with government agencies, local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for hospitality projects.

2. Coordinate and manage the documentation process required for government permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.

3. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, architects, and legal advisors, to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

4. Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely submission of applications and approvals.

5. Maintain accurate records of all correspondence, permits, and approvals related to the project.

6. Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of government approvals and regulatory compliance.

7. Address any issues or concerns raised by regulatory authorities in a timely and professional manner.

8. Stay informed about changes in government regulations and policies that may impact hospitalityprojects.
