Production Supervisor - Full Time - Freshers

- Supervise daily production operations, ensuring cardboard box output meets targets on quality, quantity, and timelines.

- Develop, adjust, and enforce production schedules in line with order demands and resource availability

- Lead, coach, and mentor machine operators and floor staffconducting onboarding, shift coordination, and performance feedback.

- Maintain staffing levels per shift and troubleshoot personnel issues to maintain efficient operations .

- Conduct regular inspections of finished boxes to ensure they meet dimensional accuracy, strength, and packaging standards.

- Identify defects, implement corrective actions, and collaborate on continuous quality improvement initiatives .

- Monitor machinery performance and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

- Set up and adjust machines (., die-cutters, foldergluors) for new production runs and address technical issues swiftly

- Analyze production data (throughput, downtime, reject rates) to pinpoint bottlenecks and efficiency gaps.

- Initiate lean practices to reduce waste (board scraps, off-spec units) and optimize changeover times .

- Maintain accurate records of production output, labor hours, material usage, and maintenance logs.

- Prepare and present shift reports and KPIs to plant management for review and action

- Collaborate closely with Procurement for raw board stock replenishment and with Quality and Maintenance for issue resolution.

- Communicate operational delays or issues promptly to supervisors and stakeholders

- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standardsconducting routine safety audits and maintaining a clean factory floor.

- Train staff on safe practices (material handling, machinery operation, emergency procedures) .
