 specialization in casting & machining for automotive precision engine parts.

 casting are manufacturing by shell molding & green sand molding process in

 ductile iron, malleable iron & grey iron like cam shaft, drum gear shift.

 bkt, rotor oil filter, hydraulics body casting&for more types bkt arm & hydraulics parts etc.

job & responsibilities:-

 method of gating & riser design for both cast green sand & shell molding pattern.

 customer communication and die correction.

 conducting trial and do the post-trial correction.

 periodical & preventive maintenance of dies

 die life, die breakdown history monitoring

 manufacturing & maintenance of die casting dies.

 ability to take on challenges & perform individually.

 co-ordination with internal and external customers to resolve the quality problems

 handling die casting dies for 1650 ton to 2250 ton machine.
