Job & Responsibilities:-

Method of gating & riser design for both cast green sand & shell molding pattern.

Customer communication and die correction.

Conducting trial and do the post-trial correction.

Periodical & preventive maintenance of dies

Die life, die breakdown history monitoring

Manufacturing & Maintenance of die casting dies.

Ability to take on challenges & perform individually.

Co-ordination with internal and external customers to resolve the quality problems

Handling die casting dies for 1650 ton to 2250 ton Machine.
