Product Advisor, Outbound Telesales is responsible for making sales calls and closing sales pitches with the member.

Responsibilities

1. Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for paid memberships.

2. Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region.

3. Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts.

4. Calling up members and explaining the benefits of product and services

Requirements

1. Minimum matric passed.

2. Around -2 years of relevant experience desired.

3. Natural flair for interaction with customers & good convincing skills will be considered.

4. Very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills.

5. Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided).
