Job Role:
Executive Assistant to Director
Primary Purpose:
Assist the school Director in overall administration of instructional program and campus level Operations, travel assistance and external meetings.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Thorough understanding of school operations
Computer Knowledge and willingness to travel across the country assisting Director.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate campus support operations.
Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
Ability to manage budget and personnel
Ability to coordinate campus functions
Ability to implement policy and procedures
Ability to interpret data
Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Maintain emotional control under stress. Work with frequent interruptions. Occasional countrywide travel; occasional prolonged and irregular hours.
