position: senior lead- payroll
experience: having 6-8- years of experience in international payroll/hr or both playing a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of the payroll process
job location: bangalore
mode of work: office or remote (but candidate should be ready to relocate to bangalore in case of any performance issues / whenever we have the team visit)
notice period: immediate joiners - immediate hiring
budget: experience : based on current ctc - range around 14 - 17 lpa maximum**
requirements
• 6-8 years of experience in international payroll processing.
• should have worked usa payroll process.
• in dept knowledge on international payroll.
• ability to lead and guide a team
• advanced proficiency in ms office applications, particularly excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• flexible to work in the us shift.(6:30pm onwards)
• experience on multiple payroll platforms like adp wfn / workday / ceridian / dayforce / ukg
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• lead a team and team player with the ability to work with strict timelines.
• strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• high level of integrity and ethical conduct.
• have worked on open enrolment(part of benefits)
• have experience in annual tax filling (w-2 and p45)
• have worked on garnishment
• worked on the retirements plans – 401k
• worked on complete hire to retire process
strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
