Job Description

- Efficiently schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and procedures, ensuring optimal utilization of healthcare resources.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.

- Educate patients and families about treatment options, procedures, and self-care practices to empower informed decision-making.

- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care delivery.
