Operations Manager

we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and dynamic person who knows how to execute projects with good coordination and is a fast learner. you will report directly to the chief operating officer in this role.

experience: 1 to 4 years only

education: mba is preferred

roles and responsibilities:

• pre-sales: doing technical discussions with clients and explaining execution plans.

• logistics management: coordinating with delivery counterpart to ensure timely delivery of material on site.

• planning project execution: ensure effective planning of the project to handover in time, with optimal use of resource time and in a cost-effective manner.

• execution of project: coordinate and be on-site to facilitate installation.

• handover: ensure effective onboarding of the clients to use our hardware and software including the configuration of and training on the software solution.

• account management: continually meet with the management and users of our software and maintain a strong relationship with them. you will be responsible for getting queries from the client related to the efficiency of our solution and first-hand user feedback.
