Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and dynamic person who knows how to execute projects with good coordination and is a fast learner. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer in this role.

Experience: 1 to 4 years only

Education: MBA is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales: Doing technical discussions with clients and explaining execution plans.

• Logistics Management: Coordinating with delivery counterpart to ensure timely delivery of material on site.

• Planning Project Execution: Ensure effective planning of the project to handover in time, with optimal use of resource time and in a cost-effective manner.

• Execution of Project: Coordinate and be on-site to facilitate installation.

• Handover: Ensure effective onboarding of the clients to use our hardware and software including the configuration of and training on the software solution.

• Account Management: Continually meet with the management and users of our software and maintain a strong relationship with them. You will be responsible for getting queries from the client related to the efficiency of our solution and first-hand user feedback.
