Operation Team Leader

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of individuals. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the team to meet and exceed their goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate team members to ensure they are on track for success.

Design and implement team processes and procedures.

Monitor team performance, provide guidance and feedback as needed.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with team members.

Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to improve team performance.

Plan and coordinate team meetings, training, and events as needed.

Develop and deliver meaningful reports and presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field

2+ years of experience managing teams in a professional environment

. Ability to effectively manage time and resources

Knowledge of industry tools and techniques for leading teams

Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills

Strategic thinker and tactical implementer
