Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of individuals. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the team to meet and exceed their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate team members to ensure they are on track for success.

• Design and implement team processes and procedures.

• Monitor team performance, provide guidance and feedback as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field

• 2+ years of experience managing teams in a professional environment
