Job Description

*Job Title:* Receptionist

*Reports to:* Office Manager/Administrator

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. As the face of our organization, you will provide exceptional customer service, answer phone calls, manage the front desk, and perform administrative tasks.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Greet and assist visitors*: Welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

2. *Answer and direct phone calls*: Respond to incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to relevant personnel.

3. *Manage the front desk*: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including the lobby and waiting area.

4. *Administrative tasks*: Perform tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and mail sorting.

5. *Schedule appointments*: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

6. *Handle correspondence*: Respond to emails, letters, and other forms of correspondence.

7. *Maintain records*: Keep accurate and up-to-date records, including visitor logs and phone messages.

8. *Provide information*: Answer queries and provide information to visitors, clients, and employees.

9. *Maintain confidentiality*: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

10. *Perform other duties*: Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

*Requirements:*

1. *High school diploma or equivalent*

2. *1-2 years of receptionist or administrative experience*

3. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*

4. *Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite*

5. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment*

6. *High level of organization and attention to detail*

7. *Friendly and welcoming demeanor*

*Working Hours:*

- Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

*Salary:*

- Competitive salary range: 2,00 to 3,75per year
