We are a startup company into pest control and sanitisation service.

Address is tirumalgherry,Secunderabad.

Looking for an Office assistant with the following responsibilities.

- Office management

- Invoice generation , Telephonic payment followup.

- Inventory management at office.

-Co ordination with technicians

-Telecalling identified leads for job conversion.

- Providing report to management -Daily,weekly,Monthly

-Other office work as required by management.

The candidate should be

- A Graduate with pleasing personality

- Preferably female.

- Knowledge of tally is an advantage.

- Should have ability to talk and convince customers.

-Must know fluent English,Telegu and Hindi.

- Multi tasker and good at scheduling and planning.

-Preference will be given to candidates staying in nearby areas (Tirumalgherry and surrounding areas).
