looking for an office assistant with the following responsibilities.

- office management

- invoice generation , telephonic payment followup.

- inventory management at office.

-co ordination with technicians

-telecalling identified leads for job conversion.

- providing report to management -daily,weekly,monthly

-other office work as required by management.

the candidate should be

- a graduate with pleasing personality

- preferably female.

- knowledge of tally is an advantage.

- should have ability to talk and convince customers.

-must know fluent english,telegu and hindi.

- multi tasker and good at scheduling and planning.

-preference will be given to candidates staying in nearby areas (tirumalgherry and surrounding areas).
