Our teammate should help us in achieving our mission by being proficient with handling social media, creative tools like canva, and be able to make small changes in our websites like updating our books, articles, or upcoming events page.

Job Summary

We are looking to hire smart and enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn new things. The candidate shall be responsible for

Assisting Chairman of Adukia Law Chambers with organizing his work and office.

Be responsible for keeping the schedule of meetings

should be able to handle the scheduling of zoom calls, posting on social media, create flyers, post them on social media.

Should be conversant with creativity tools like canva

Liasioning with trade associations, chambers of commerce and other organizations with which the firm works on a regular basis

Extract data from various websites, creating database and worksheets for use in office.

Should be conversant with use of mass mailing

Key Skills

Good communication in English and Hindi, Good written communication with command on MS Word, MS Excel, productive use of the internet, extraction of data from various websites, Organising Data, Good telephonic skills and followups with clients, vendors, etc
