- lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the indian market, fostering innovation and competitive differentiation.
*sales & business development:*
- establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including c-level executives across various industries.
- lead sales efforts for company’s suite of products (vepay, clubclass, etc.), focusing on loyalty programs, payment solutions, and customer engagement platforms tailored to different sectors.
- collaborate with product and marketing teams to customize solutions that meet the specific needs of indian clients.
- drive sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a consultative selling approach.
*revenue growth & market penetration:*
- drive market penetration by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.
- identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the client base.
- develop pricing models and proposals that align with market conditions and deliver value to both clients and vernost.
*client relationship management:*
