The successful candidate will be responsible for
promoting and selling our range of dermocosmetic products to dermatologists and other
healthcare professionals. This role offers excellent future prospects, including the opportunity to
lead and manage a team across the entire state of Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Management : Meet assigned customers (doctors, chemists, stockists) as per the
company's strategy and required frequency.
Generate prescriptions and achieve sales targets:
Focus on product-wise and value-wise targets.
Maintain performance in both primary and secondary sales on a monthly and
yearly basis.
Enhance territory profitability:
Increase or maintain market share.
Build customer relationships through engagement initiatives aligned with the
company's strategy.
Manage product distribution:
Ensure proper distribution in the territory.
Control expenses related to breakage and expired products.
Provide market intelligence:
Collect data on market conditions and the impact of promotional strategies.
Share insights with line managers and the marketing team.
Prepare strategic distribution plans: Propose monthly and yearly plans to meet business
objectives in the assigned territory.
Develop stockists and distributor orders: Generate orders as per the business plan &
Ensure proper supply of goods.
