We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our performance marketing team. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads across industries and managing them until successful conversion. You’ll also run performance ads on platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn and optimize them based on results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Identify, generate, and nurture B2B/B2C leads via campaigns, email sequences, outreach, and CRM
Create and optimize landing pages for better conversion
Qualify and follow up with leads until they convert into clients
Collaborate with the content, tech, and strategy teams to craft persuasive messaging
Maintain and report weekly performance metrics, CPL, CTR, ROI, etc.
Manage lead pipelines in CRM and automate follow-up flows
Required Skills and Qualification
Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation
Strong understanding of digital platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns
Experience using CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Familiarity with lead magnets, funnels, landing pages, and A/B testing
Good communication & copywriting skills
Basic knowledge of analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, etc.)
Self-starter, results-oriented, and data-driven mindset
