Job Description

Hiring for Field Service Engineer - Laptop and Desktop Support - Chennai Adyar location.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in laptop and desktop hardware support

• Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge in hardware troubleshooting and part replacement

• Good communication skills for effective customer handling and coordination

• Other Requirements:

• Two-wheeler is mandatory for on-site mobility

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend customer service calls for hardware-related issues.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and replace faulty hardware components onsite.

• Coordinate with backend/support teams for parts and ensure timely call closure.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
