Job Description

o Process international flight bookings via Global Distribution Systems (GDS)

o Assist clients in selecting the best flights based on their preferences, budget, and schedules.

o Respond to customer inquiries related to international flight options, ticketing, pricing, and availability via phone, email, or chat.

o Offer professional advice on flight schedules, layovers, baggage policies, visa requirements, and other travel-related queries.

o Handle customer requests for changes, cancellations, or rebooking due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring adherence to company policies.

o Ensure accuracy in all bookings, including correct passenger details, payment information, and special requests.

o Generate and send flight itineraries, invoices, and e-tickets to customers.

o Confirm reservations with airlines and follow up on any outstanding issues.

o Build and maintain relationships with airline representatives and other travel industry partners to secure competitive fares and availability.

o Stay informed about the latest promotions, fare discounts, and airline policies to provide clients with the best possible options.

o Handle and resolve booking discrepancies, issues, or customer complaints effectively and professionally.

o Track and resolve any issues related to over bookings, flight cancellations, or schedule changes.
