job summary:
we are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused international bpo executive to join our team. the ideal candidate will handle outbound calls for international clients, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth execution of bpo operations while meeting quality and performance targets.
responsibilities:
make outbound calls to international clients/customers to promote products, services, or gather information.
handle customer queries professionally and provide effective solutions.
maintain a positive and customer-friendly tone in all interactions.
meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
maintain accurate call logs, records, and customer information in the system.
collaborate with the team to improve call scripts, sales pitches, and customer handling techniques.
follow up with clients/customers for feedback and relationship management.
requirements:
proven experience in international bpo or international voice process (minimum 6 months preferred).
excellent communication skills in english (verbal and written).
strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.
ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
willingness to work in night shifts as per international time zones.
