Job description: Health Adviser Pvt Ltd is seeking Telesales Assistant Manager to join its expanding Tele sales team Assistant Sales Manager will be handling an Outbound telesales team of Tele Sales Executives and Team Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Generating sale of Health Insurance products against agreed monthly targets through

Guide Team to negotiate sales closure and guide customers seamlessly through our website to complete fresh transactions

Drive Team to identify up-sell opportunities and maximize revenue from existing customers

Making Team Leaders responsible to make Tele Sales team responsible for maintaining outbound telesales activity logs and report these with completed sales and leads/prospect progression (pipeline status) on daily basis r

Analyse activity to improve future sales performance and effectiveness of overall

Should be a strong team

Should be persuasive, confident and ambitious and will have a polite and friendly manner. Should be highly motivated, have a positive outlook and an ability to think on your feet to drive

r r CTC Range: 3 to 5 Lacs Location: Delhi (Shah Pur Jat)r Experience: 2 to 10 years in Life, General or Health Insurance (Tele Sales)r Age: 24 years to 40 years.
