JOB DESCRIPTION

This role of HR Executive is to assist the organization sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customers acquisition.

Managing office documents and generates the sale reports.

Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)

Managing day to day customer problems and come with reasonable solutions.

Representing FAAR ENTREPRENEURS NETWORK (OPC) PVT. LTD to building the network for increasing the companys sales.

Build relationships with prospective networks.

Manage to recruit pipeline on your hand side with company guidelines.

QUALIFICATION

0-5 years of experience in any industry.

Must have a Bachelor's degree (in any specialization) and final year students are considerable.

Have strong negotiation skills

Have the potential to handle work pressure with targeted deadlines.

Have strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence skills.

Comfortable phone calling and must have a personal laptop.

Must be able to create a good presentation before of clients.
