Responsibilities

Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media

Source and contact candidates online

Screen resumes and job applications.

Prepare candidates before interviews with clients (online or telephonic)

Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities

Keep detailed records of past applicants information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Recruitment Agency Recruiter, Recruiter

Ability to manage job posting, sourcing, screening

Experience with phone screening calls

Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience : 2 - 8 Years
