Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Collaborate with team leaders to define hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.

Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment.

Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and leveraging social media, is a plus.

Familiarity with Job portal is essential.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence candidates and clients.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
