Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. The daily tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate pipelines. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date recruitment processes and assisting with onboarding for new hires.

Qualifications

Experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

Knowledge of best practices in interviewing and candidate assessment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
