Manage the Monthly India payroll by collecting inputs from HR
Managing the full and final settlement for resigned employees Payroll
Coordinate with Accounts team for salary processing
Coordinate with HR team for clarification on salary inputs
Responsible for Employee Expenses Reimbursement , etc. after coordination with relevant departments.
Handling Payroll related queries of the employees.
Statutory Compliances
Handling PF , ESI , & PT related issues.
Handling PF Nomination , PF - Withdrawal and PF - Transfer
Co - ordinating the issues with the PF consultant
Guiding Employees filling the expenses claims Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate education : B Com and Knowledge on concur and GreyT payroll is desirable.
Must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in the field of Payroll.
Should be good with numbers.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel
Excellent with numbers.
Good organizational skills and Excellent communication skills.
Must have / should be open to work under the pressure situations
