*should have knowledge in hr, labour law, factory hr, esic, pf

job role :

o handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.

o liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance

laws and regulations

o follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - pf, esic, taxes,

gratuity, bonus etc.

o handling all employee enquiries & grievances.

o dispute settlements according to labor law, factory rules & compliance

guidelines

qualification - graduate

ctc - upto 20k (negotiable)
