Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the General Manager for our Hotel cum Marriage Garden. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property, including brand visibility, sales and marketing, vendor management, customer relations, and collaboration with local administration and institutions. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing effective systems, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel cum marriage garden

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Visibility and Marketing:

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the brand visibility of the hotel cum marriage garden.

- Implement marketing initiatives to drive sales and revenue.

Operational Oversight:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the hotel cum marriage garden, ensuring seamless operations.

- Collaborate with department heads to maintain high-quality service standards.

Vendor Management:

- Oversee relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement.

- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Customer Relations:

- Foster positive customer relations through effective communication and superior service.

- Address customer feedback promptly and implement improvements.

Liaison with Local Administration and Institutions:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with local authorities, administration, and relevant institutions.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Provide guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.

Effective Communication:

- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both internally and externally
