RESPONSIBLITIES
1. BID MANAGEMENT
a. Ensure real-time communication with the client regarding GeM Portal
updates.
b. Identify and share relevant tenders from GeM Portal with clients.
c. Prepare and submit tender documents before the due date by uploading
all required documents (General, Technical, Commercial).
d. Efficiently handle the preparation and submission of Bank Guarantees
such as Bid Security and Performance, while also carefully tracking and
retrieving any accompanying DDs and BGs.
2. ANALYTICS
a. Generate MIS reports for upcoming and quoted bids.
b. Regularly track bid status to determine L1 and L2 price gap, create Win-
Loss analysis, and engage with clients to close bids.
c. Perform competitive analysis by researching available product
categories and competitor offerings.
3. OEM ENGAGEMENT
a. Conduct comprehensive OEM vendor assessments across multiple
categories.
b. Handle OEM dashboard, Product Uploads & catalogue management.
c. Strong grasp of bid types, quadrants, and other relevant aspects.
4. RESELLER MANAGEMENT - Engage resellers on behalf of OEM and oversee the complete tendering process for GeM.
5. ORDER MANAGEMENT– Manage work delivery between buyer and seller for successful bids and remain accountable until payment is received from the
client.
6. COMPLIANCE – Stay up-to-date with the latest Government Notifications and GFR Rules, and ensure compliance to avoid any potential blacklisting or
incidents.

Experience Required: 2 to 4 years working on GeM Portal
