seeking a professional and approachable front desk associate to manage reception duties and provide administrative support at our goa office. as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
key responsibilities:
greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to the appropriate departments
maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area
coordinate courier, mail, and package deliveries
assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
maintain and update office records, files, and databases
support hr/admin team with onboarding, attendance tracking, and documentation
coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance
perform basic administrative tasks and provide support to management and staff
qualifications & skills
bachelor��s degree in any discipline (preferred)
2 - 4 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong organizational and multitasking abilities
proficiency in ms office (word, excel, outlook)
professional grooming, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach
