Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the food court, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Implement and maintain health and safety regulations in compliance with local laws.
Develop and manage budgets, including inventory control and cost management.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for food and beverage procurement.
Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales in the food court.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons.
Skills and Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in food service management or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
