Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Manager with expertise in Retail Loans (such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property, and Home Loans). The role involves managing a team of sales executives, driving loan acquisition in assigned territories, and developing strong channel partner relationships to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive retail loan business (PL, BL, LAP, HL) through direct and indirect channels
Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales executives or loan officers
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets
Generate leads through field activity, DSA network, channel partners, and references
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (DSAs, connectors, brokers, etc.)
Ensure complete documentation, file login, and coordination with credit and operations teams
Monitor competition, market developments, and customer feedback
Organize marketing activities, field events, and promotional campaigns
Maintain strict compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
