Sales Executive Responsibilities:
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• To look after a defined territory (HQ & surrounding areas)
• To visit retailer market regularly as per the beat plan
• Identify and add new market potential
• Should be done min. 25-30 calls in a day
• Competitors update
• Identifying new business opportunities in retailer sales and converting them into client
• Payment collection as per terms agreed with client
• To demonstrate focused and new articles and collect primary-secondary order
• To give secondary orders to distributor
• To keep track of dispatches from distributor to retailer Must have good communication skill.
• Experience in distributor handling
• Should have experience in field sales
• Ability to negotiate
• Basic understanding of marketing & product demonstration
• Good decision making and fast learner
• Should be passionate about sales experience in FMCG is preferred
• Must have two wheeler with driving license
Sales Executive Requirements:
