Field Sales Executive (0-2 Years)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers in designated territories. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

€¢ Conduct regular visits to assigned territories to meet with potential customers and generate sales leads.

€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

€¢ Present and demonstrate products/services to customers, highlighting features and benefits to meet their needs.

€¢ Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

€¢ Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

€¢ Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

€¢ Prepare and submit sales reports, including activity, pipeline, and forecast reports, to management on a regular basis.

€¢ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and maximize opportunities.

€¢ Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote products/services and expand network contacts.

€¢ Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Requirements:

€¢ Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.

€¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

€¢ Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

€¢ Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

€¢ Possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler vehicle for daily travel.

€¢ Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.

€¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

€¢ Flexibility to travel within assigned territories as needed.
