about the role:

we are hiring a proactive field recruiter to support our supply chain operations by onboarding delivery partners (riders/drivers) across designated territories. this is an on-ground role that demands strong networking, people skills, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

key responsibilities:

source, screen, and onboard delivery partners (riders/drivers) through field recruitment activities.

build and maintain a strong local network for a consistent talent pipeline.

conduct recruitment drives, coordinate interviews, and complete documentation.

ensure timely reporting of recruitment metrics using excel/google sheets.

travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet hiring targets.

requirements

experience: minimum 2 years in field recruitment/high-volume hiring (logistics, e-commerce, food delivery, ride-hailing preferred).

education: graduate in any discipline (preferred).

skills:

proven experience hiring blue-collar workforce (drivers, riders, warehouse staff).

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

strong local market knowledge and recruitment network.

proficiency in ms excel/google sheets for reporting.

languages: telugu (mandatory). english/hindi is an advantage.
