We are looking for 1 Fabrication Supervisor Post in Sampla, Rohtak, Sampla, Bahadurgarh, with deep knowledge in Fabrication, Structural Fabrication, Steel Fabrication, knowledge of welding, knowledge of cutting, knowledge of fitting, metal fabrication, blueprints reading, Manpower Handling, Manpower Management, Team Leader and Required Educational Qualification is : ,

Responsibilities: Can study blueprints/drawing details.

Manpower Handling

Manpower Allocation According to work

Daily Shift Wise Production Status Updation

Analysis and Implementation of Workers Skill Matrix

Directly supervising hourly production.

Tracking absenteeism and time-keeping.

Ensuring the safest working environment possible for staff.

Appraising workers' performance.

Rewarding or disciplining employees.

Inspects work in progress & finished products as per quality control plan.

Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance & quality of product

Maintain time & production records

Basic knowledge of cutting, fitting of die, welding/painting for quality check on work done by team

Knowledge of conducting inspections.

Dispatch subject to verification of customer identity and compliance.

Duty Timings: 12hours fix (8hr+OT), according to shift
