responsibilities:
business development: identify and research potential markets, regions, and customer segments for export sales expansion.
client relationship management: establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, agents, and partners.
sales management: manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
market analysis: conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences in target export markets.
pricing and contract negotiation: collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as pricing and legal teams, to determine pricing strategies and negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions with customers.
order processing and logistics: coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and operations, to ensure timely order processing, shipment, and delivery of products to international customers.
sales forecasting and reporting: prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
relationship building: cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, including production, marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment, customer support, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
compliance and documentation: ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and documentation procedures for international shipments.
customer service: provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
