job description
• to handle new enquiries and follow up for developing new customers, order processing and replying to the enquiries.
• handling of redemption of advance authorisation/epcg & follow up till complete closure of license.
• providing all final shipping documents to customer after customs clearance & correspondence with overseas buyers for shipments & other queries.
• to handle logistics quotations, selection of vendors and finalisation of freight forwarders.
• preparing pro forma invoice & send to distributor / agent for approval.
• commercial, pre-post shipment documents co-ordination.
• generating shipping documents like invoice / packing list and other shipping related documents for commercial & courier shipments.
• to prepare quotation for new enquiries for export/ domestic sales and for existing clients.
• to be well versed with online application of various export incentive schemes . – epcg/meis/advance/license on dgft portal.
• to handle import shipment under advance license, epcg, etc.
• follow up of shipment till it delivers to respected destination.
• dealing with shipping lines & freight forwarders to ensure best freight rates, smooth clearance and timely shipment of export/ import consignments.
• managing the import & export operations, keeping compliance with custom laws, notifications, tariffs, exim policy & procedures & rbi rules & guidelines.
• managing all activities pertaining to import clearance & sending samples for registration purpose
• dealing with pre shipment inspection agencies.
• carrying out any additional task delegated by export manager which contributes to overall running of the export department.
desired candidate profile
•education: any graduate with minimum 4 years of experience in export from pharmaceutical formulation background.
