key responsibilities:
• develop and execute product strategies to drive growth and market leadership in the enterprise b2b segment.
• conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• define product roadmaps, prioritize feature enhancements, and manage product backlog based on customer requirements and business objectives.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to align product initiatives with company goals and objectives.
• lead product discovery workshops and engage with customers to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and iterate on product designs.
• work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, review technical specifications, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
• lead product launch activities, including creating product documentation, developing go-to-market strategies, and supporting sales enablement efforts.
• monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.
• serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise b2b products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external clients.
• stay up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends in enterprise software and b2b solutions
• will be responsible for increasing a certain percentage of revenue from key accounts through value added services
must have:
•bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field; mba or advanced degree preferred.
•overall 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise b2b products for minimum 2 years
•proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products for enterprise clients.
•strong understanding of the enterprise software market, including saas, cloud computing
