Electrical Technician (Full Time)

- Perform electrical installations for telecom sites, including power panels, cabling, and grounding systems.

- Install and maintain electrical components at telecom towers, shelters, and base stations.

- Manage installation and maintenance of DG sets, SMPS, UPS systems, and battery banks at telecom sites.

- Ensure proper functioning of power backup systems and automatic mains failure (AMF) panels.

- Support powering up of telecom equipment such as BTS, Node B, microwave links, and fiber distribution panels.

- Coordinate with the network team to ensure proper power alignment for all telecom hardware.

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems to minimize downtime.

- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and telecom industry regulations.

- Maintain records of site visits, electrical maintenance activities, and power audits.

- Prepare reports on energy consumption, load balancing, and site efficiency.

- Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and telecom vendors during installation or maintenance activities.

- Use electrical testing tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
